   Wise and nice,

Do simple Fasting 
To get a life - being as everlasting,
So, the trick of immortality -
Is being this 'Fasting' as to get rid of mortality;
Eat so scarcely and that too, when the energy level is to drop
So one can, from mortality to immortality, so easily could hop,
Also to be on intellectuality list, ever top
Thus one's old age, it's shrinkage and wrinkles, constantly
                                                  being in chop.

Think and act so mutually as to cope up with Nature !

Good pass-time being one's Life
In Mahabharata - Dharmar said, one's best Friend is one's Wife !
With our wife or with any one else, let us not have any sort of strife -
So that we will not have any grief.

Oh Peace, the everlasting nectar of happiness
Let's be so thankful to the Almighty God, with utmost gratefulness -
For given us this wonderful life, for we are living as so frank and free
With the helping attitude of a Banyan tree !

 Wise and nice,

 One must know whats Sabbath day means 
In practical, its the fasting day and not in dreams,
That is, given rest to the Organs of the Body -
Which is being constituted by our ancestors, as the Cells, existing already;
So, when the past members are made to rest -
For our Future, they do their best:
We can easily advance further on and on
As our laziness will be gone.
