Then submit to Nature, quite naturally it would do everything so aptly to rectify and fix !

Fasting Period is nothing but the total resting period - then all the repair is being done

After which, once again one can become so normal and be in their usual run,

When he or she has some mental or bodily damage

Then leave it to Nature, quite naturally it could manage;

Nature is nothing but the reflection of the invisible Almighty God

But Nature is the dominating Universal visible Lord !
